Wife recently got the bike serviced. It came back worst than it went in. Bike too hard to start. Petrol goes around spark plug when you take it out to look. Put new spark plug, bikes goes for a week and then same thing again.

What could be wrong???

Many thanks for your advice. Bike is a kick start suzuki smash. Going great until she gave it to one of the local cowboys and now its crap.

So the wife smashed the Suzuki?

Unburnt fuel suggests you are not getting a spark.

Maybe bad lead.

Try a different cowboy.

go to a real suzuki service and try your chance there. it is hit and miss most of the time when it comes to bike repair shops here, you never know!

Maybe they tweaked the Carb!

Bike is running rich

Which is why your able to go a week then the plug is overwhelmed/fouled

Have someone adjust your carb properly & you will be fine

I was unclear on that.

Saw something online aboot injected 125cc Smash but I guess they are available only in Philippines or Indonesia, not LOS.

New Raider is still carbed, unfortunately.

Among the little bikes, I think Suzi leads in styling.

​I was unsure what he meant by that.

Thought maybe he meant it was wet, rather than fouled.

Rich mix or too 'cold' or improperly gapped plug frequently leads to carbonaceous fouling; poor spark to wetness?

One or the other, or both.

​I was also unsure if the referenced 'cowboy' was a rider, or the mechanic.
