Another Gang Member Arrested who Drilled ATM in Pattaya

PATTAYA- May 21, 2014 [PDN]; at 12.10 a.m.; Pol.Lt.Col. Thanomsak Intharaboot (Inspector of Chonburi Provincial Police Station) together with the police team could arrest a thief who was identified as a Mr Thanongsak Boonket, aged 24, at room no. 405, on the 4th floor, of a row of house south Pattaya, address 57/1-3 Moo 10 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province. The police seized 1,150,000 THB which was hidden in his room. The officers believed that the defendant might have got the cash from drilling an ATM machine. Initially, the officers seized the all the cash in order for the defendant to prove where he got the money. However, the police will try to follow up any leads to arrest the remaining gang members so they can be prosecuted further according to the Thai law.

From the case where a gang of 4 thieves that used a Butane torch to cut the back of an ATM machine of Siam Commercial Bank which was located in front of S.Con Concrete on the side of the Sukhumvit road,
