June 22, 201412 yr Popular Post Guys, remember that little girl from a few months ago that had a very, very rare immune deficiency disorder and needed a transplant or she would die? Well, a donor was found. Not perfect, about 80% from what I understand, but Tia needs that transplant ASAP. She went in the hospital on the 19th, and on the 20th, she had a central line placed (not pleasant for anyone, let alone a three year old). Today she is getting chemotherapy to kill off her own marrow. The donor will be harvested on the 30th. The transplant will be done on the 1st of July. How about keeping Tia (and her mom and dad, and the donor) in your thoughts and prayers during this time. June 22, 201412 yr Here's hoping that it all goes well. Good luck little lady "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
