laolover88
Don't even have to boil the milk? Why did DEFRA not think of that? Mind you might have to boil the Badgers. I think, on my next visit to Tha Uthen Thursday Market, where creatures you did not even know existed have been culled from the Lao forests and are on offer to discerning Thai gastronomes I shall do some research into all of this. Out of interest why did someone think virgin badgers had any milk? Edited July 26, 2014 by laolover88
Soutpeel
Don't even have to boil the milk? Why did DEFRA not think of that? Mind you might have to boil the Badgers although boiling the badger would most likely be the most practical way one suspects the animal rights lot will not be happy bunnies... Which raised another question, can you milk a rabbit ?

noahvail
I'm actually starting to feel bad about the badgers. Just imagine, keeping them in big pens and cages like battery hens, and twice a day herding them out to the milking stations where the automatic milking appliances attach themselves and drain the little badgers dry. On the other hand, if the cheese tastes good, who gives a shit?

noahvail
Just so long as no one says, "hmmm...tastes like chicken" I'd be quite content with the Badger Stilton. Can you suggest an appropriate wine to bring out all the flavor?
laolover88
I have a question for Sout Peel Are there badgers in South Africa? Are they black, white, chinese or Mixed Race?? or as the best multiple choice questions have it: "None of the above"

nisakiman
http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~loxias/harry_potter.htm says there is no word for badger in greek so it seems it will be a bit hard to find. Not that our group member would ever stoop to selling us non existing products. It think I may have to start a topic reporting this scam. There is a word for badger in Greek - it's 'asvos' (****Greek language removed****). That said, I've lived here for about 14 years, and I can't say I've ever come across 'badger cheese'. nisakiman
A lot of thoughts sprung in my mind. Is ferret milk the same as badger milk? I like ferrets and usually play with them, but never tasted their milk. Has any of the prominent members tasted ferret milk before? As I understand it, ferret milk is just so passé now. Tiger milk is where it's at.

While we are involved in milking the badgers, ferrets and gerbils, he can go and find the tigers to milk. He seems to be very knowledgeable and capable of doing that. Also recommend that this man will NOT be covered by any insurance, as this will be a waste of company money. Good Luck, Nisakiman, we are all behind you
