In Usa With Pregnant Thai Wife

Featured Replies

Maybe Someone has a clue about this...

I'm Serbian on B2 visa in USA,my Thai wife is an illegal immigrant and she's now pregnant .

We've saved some money and decided to go to Thailand and live there...

Now we dont know what kind of visas we need, first for my self and then for the newborn ?

Should we get a Thai Passport for the baby?

Or USA passport does it ?

What kind of visa do I get ?

Am I going to have any difficulties since my wife was an illegal immigrant here?

How long does it take to get it after aplication ?

Thanks in advance

You can get a 90 day visa based on marriage and then do the extension of stay based on marriage here.

As for your baby, a USA passport will work.

Your wife will not have problems in Thailand because she was a illegal immigrant to the USA.
