ps2 from Holland / Mukdahan

Hi
I brought a ps2 from holland to discover it does not play thai games
Area coding ,,
However the thai bought ps2 does play the few dutch games i have
Now i like to find a way to be able to play those asia games on the much newer machine
It seems the only way to do that is to change the chip .
Me being a bit frantic about ordering stuff online want to ask if anybody knows of a place in Mukdahan that can do this for me ,or just provide me with one ,
Im handy with my weller so coukd do myself
