Just wondering if I cross the border from Koh Kong to Had Lek there will be ATM's so I can get money out to get to Trat.

It will save me being screwed over by bank charges twice in the space of a few days cheesy.gif

In Had Lek, yes. About 3 within 30 metres of Thai immigration.
