Just curious, I recently paid my True Online bill by KBank shopping card (virtual visa card) using True Online internet payment page, as usual and I have done for years, but this time True said payment failed whereas KBank says it was successful, deducted my account and told me to take it up with True. True have retained my service (10mbps ISP) to me until now, but are not saying what happens next other than the incident is being checked out.

Has anyone else experienced this and what was outcome? How did it get resolved? I could just pay again to get my True account balance to zero, but don't see why I should and True is not explaining the potential implications of not having my balance cleared on keeping my internet access open, even though I have asked, they do not answer that point.

I plan to pay next bill on time again, but do not plan to repay to one that failed even though True currently still shows me in debt to them.

I would contact Kbank to reverse the action on your cc. Normally they should honour that request.

Then you can pay True again, preferable not by online cc payment. Last time I had also a problem. First online payment said unsuccessful, but it was not really clear.

The way they perform the online payments here is so f..ing dumb with a lot of unnecessary switching websites etc. It's just waiting for problems.

And yes, I know how to do better, since I have some webshops with online payment processors. Even me as a single man webshop builder and owner can get it right. Why can't a big company like True or any other company in Thailand for that matter get it simple and right?

Anyway, suggest you to reverse the cc action by contacting kbank etc. The problem also is that mostly the first entry customer support don't know sh.t!

Even the employees at their shops are so f...ing iritating! They have like 10 people of which 5 standard will do nothing, 3 are busy on their own mobile and 2 are left to serve the growing queue!

Hope this helps.

Ha, I enjoyed your post and concur with it. It just happens today I got an email from True (actually on Friday, but it was all in Thai and I hadn't noticed) who now admit my credit card payment will be refunded to me in the middle of next month (a month after I failed to pay but got deducted) and that I should pay the bills again. I did so today (same method) and this time the payments went OK, albeit through multiple web sites like you said. I was on a much faster line today when I paid. If it happens again I will try and get the bank to stop it, and see what they say.

Thanks for your update and good to see that it was straightened out. I pay sometimes online by cc, but I notice that the payment gates are not well setup, so try to avoid this where possible.
