First of all thanks for all the visa gurus on previous advice, im now in possesion of 12 month EOS Thai Wife.

I have another question, as previosuly stated the 'wife' and i are recently seperated, the longer we are apart the less likely we are to get back together, what started off as a break has turned kind of vicsious on her part, so anyway after alot of crap and refusal to help unless i pay her i finally got the EOS.

Now as pointed out before another avenue to be able to get a EOS is if you have joint custody of the kids(4& 6 yr old) and are divorced , so my question is this:

Is is possible to get joint custody of kids while still married and if so can you work on the that EOS like you can if you get EOS becuase thai wife, or is the EOS actually based on Thai family rather than Thai wife, i seem to recall that when i had one previously about 5 yrs ago it was actually stamped in the passport Thai Wife, now there is no such words, and when i go to the immigration the section said THAI FAMILY rather than Thai Wife.

You can get a work permit and work on an extension based upon being the parent of a Thai.

Not sure how you would get custody of your children without being divorced, It might be possible by doing some type of official separation agreement done through a court.
