As Burgerking states, the best way is to go to a hospital. Their labs are in their hospitals and it only takes 2 hours, at the most. Coincidentally, just yesterday, I had a lipid profile done at Bamrungrad (one of the more expensive hospitals in Bangkok) and it only cost THB 1,250. Perhaps Bangkok Nursing Home may be a little cheaper, but you are not going to save a whole lot finding a lab to do it for you directly and you will have to wonder about how sterile the place will be.
