I am planning an itinerary for a friend who will only be here for a few days. Does anyone know if it is open on Chulalongkorn day (Wan Piya Maharat), October 23 ? If you don't have specific knowledge for this date, can anyone recall experiences from other Buddhist or Royal holidays ? Probably their policy would be the same.
