IMA_FARANG
While going through Suvarnabhumi recently I noticed a English sign that said "Transit dayrooms at concourse G". I don't recall seeing such a sign before. Is this a new thing, or is it simply an old sign I somehow missed? I know there was (and maybe still is) a "Louis Tavern" at Suvarnabhumi. Perhaps this is what they were referring to as the "transit day rooms"? Or is their really a new transit day room facility at Suvarnabhumi now? It's been over a year since I went through there so a new place is possible.
PiPiFFS
I use the Convenient resort about 5 minutes from the airport. They do day rates and have a drop off service every hour. Clean and comfortable as well.
lomatopo
These rooms have been around since shortly after the new airport opened, so ~ 8 years. For intl transit pax only, so you need to show arriving and onward boarding cards. Also a bit pricey. http://www.dayrooms-ciplounges.com/
Briggsy
"And just because you are stuck in the airport does not mean you can't have fun! There are other facilities await for you to indulge. " What does this cryptic comment in their sales pitch mean?
