Looking for Golden Retriever Breeder in CNX or BKK

Is now time again to have another BEST Friend, a Golden Retriever. Does anyone know of any breeders in Chiang Mai or Bangkok ? I do not want to use any puppy mills.... Yes, I do want a puppy, who I can train, myself. Will be looking for a big light male Golden...like my past boy.

How do you distinguish between breeder and puppy mill. They are both in the business of selling dogs for profit and as far as I can ascertain neither need any special licensing to carry out their business.
