Good hotel in Phetchbun

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a good hotel to stay one night in Phetchbun ?

My wife and I stayed at the Kosit Hill Hotel the last two times we stayed there but she wants something right in town, perhaps walking distance of market, restaurants etc.

Thanks, Mikemac

try the bura pa hotel..go past the kossit being on your left across the lights big hotel on your right u turn just after it have stayed there a few times decent place market not to far away..

SR centre point in town, ask for a big room, 650 a night, that's where my friends always stay when they visit.

They tried Kosit, which in my opinion is outdated and not worth the money and the Burapha which one friend described as a 'shithole'.

Have to say I stayed in the Burapha, although a year ago, and would not go back - room was bad and so was noise (friday night). As you have said the Kosit's location is not very good but its quite "funky". If you do find a nice one let us know.

There are places around that are more "rooms for rent" than an actual Hotel in the conventional sense.

There is one place by the Big C and Tesco shopping complex.

There is nothing near a "market" that i am aware of, the Burapha is a flea pit in my opinion, Kossit Hill is dated and overpriced for what it is.

Are you driving? do you have your own transport ? a little outside gives better options.
