You might try: Opey de Place on Soi Lenkee which is off Soi Boukow. I've stayed there three times and will do so again.

Don't know this place but looks okay: Hotel Dania on Soi Boukow.

You might have to register but PattayaAddicts website has a Soi Boukow section with plenty of hotel recommendations.

Try the Apex on Second road.

I was recommending based on his budget of B 800 to 1000. I'm not sure what the Apex charges these days but I'm sure it's under B1000. So, for the price they charge it's a "decent" room. For this price they also have a pool, which was one of the OP's requirements.
