Then remove "printer software" and re-install it. See if that solves your problem. Other than that with limited information I have no more suggestions. Good luck. RichCor Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 Your software application "document size", "Print... paper choice", and actual paper size/type loaded in your printer all need to match. Find out what size/type paper you are using in your printer (A4 / Gloss) and then make sure your software application "Document" is using the same size (A4), then set "Print..." to also use (A4 / Gloss).
