I need to attach some Ethernet cables to some concrete walls in my home. What have you used to accomplish this? I hate the cheap little clips you nail in that electricians use for electrical wiring. Do they make a kind that use adhesive instead? Didn't see anything at a couple local hardware stores. If you have a picture I'd appreciate it.

The hardware sores have these conduits in several sizes, like the size of a single Ethernet cable, and have two sided tape attached to it. looks very neat when installed near ceiling or floor board.

You can easily buy small plastic bases with double sided sticky tape that are designed to use cable ties to attach cables

I have seen these in Amorn and many hardware suppliers.

NOTE if using cable ties to attach Newtwork CAT5E or CAT6 cables it is important NOt to tighten the cable tie too much and pinch the cable as this may degrade network performance of the network, specially if you want Gigabit performance. In a professional installation i would insist on Velcro straps rather than cable ties to secure the cable.

Question that's just came into my head. Have you considered some PowerLine adapters ? Use your existing infrastructure etc.....
