General Mackevili Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Another foreigner who is believed to have been under the influence of drugs and have been accused of destroying Oh2 guest house’s properties, was arrested yesterday by 4:00 pm, on December 21, 20014 at 5 commune and 4 district, Sihanoukville province. Police said, "The foreigner is American, named SULLIVAN THOMAS JOSEPH, 33 years old and holding pass port number xxxxxxx" Police added, " This foreigner has always been causing trouble in many guest houses in Sihanoukville.
