Every animal...even in Thailand....has one....so where do I go to buy Beef Kidneys? Steak and kidney Pie doesnt taste right with Pigs kidney and with this cooler weather a Kidney Casserole would go down well, so..where can I get some?? If they don't have it they are the most likely to be able to point you in the right direction. Lambs kidneys are best but at a pinch you can use the pork ones which are fairly available. just soak them in milk for an hour or so.
