How to change residence address when on Retirement Extension of Stay

Is there a procedure or form for doing this when moving between provinces, or is the 90 day notification used for this purpose?

You can do it when you do your 90 day report at most offices. Others may want you to file a TM28 change of address form.

There is a form for, but normally not used. People just report their new address when they do their next 90 day report.

Do note that also the landlord must report your stay, that part is in many places enforced. There is a seperate form for that, t.m. 30.
