If you are willing to PAY for a SUBSCRIPTION to a VPN Service then you should easily be able to find one that support the native, built-in VPN option provided in iOS itself. If you are just looking for FREE VPN/PROXY "geo-relocation" service, then visit the HOLA! , TunnelBear , Hotspot Shield websites and look for links to download apps for specific device (from the official app stores). Otherwise, there are about 32 apps you can download from the apple app store and try out.
