Not sure about the restaurant you're talking about from the description. Was it an expat bar/restaurant? Or one more for Thai people? Maybe you could post the map co-ordinates? Or a photo of the outside of it. Although I think you'd have better luck asking in one of the RoiEt expat facebook groups. -

Merely reporting the weather in my area.....
Two points about the weather in Thailand. First off, don’t expect the locals to waste a single breath on discussing it in any detail. Unless it’s pissing down or there’s a flood swallowing motorbikes whole, the weather simply doesn’t register as a conversation topic. Temperature? No one cares unless it drops below 18° or cooks you alive at 40°. Anything in between is just background noise. And I agree with their approach, take note and learn from them. Second, for those desperate to obsess over every breeze and UV rating, there’s this magical invention called the AccuWeather app. It’ll gleefully vomit up every microscopic weather detail you could possibly want, hour by hour, day by day, until your eyes bleed. So no, we don’t need to discuss the humidity index over a bowl of noodles. -

See @Sheryl's advice above. Google (non-AI) often gives laymen a reasonable idea about a disease they have, but just as often it leads in the wrong direction. Example: every farang tourist who gets Dengue here, will Google it. Many than think they can never visit the tropics again, because a second infection will be life threatening. If they would look at the outside world, instead of the phone screen, they would see billions of people living in the tropics, not 2 or 3 weeks but a whole life... somehow this is possible AI on the contrary is just crap, a typical product of the enşhittification of the internet -
