samuijimmy
It's not a difficult ride, although I have only been as far as Malacca.... roads are all good both in Thailand and Malaysia, ... ....Only KL is a bit mind boggling! But do get your license translated to English in Lipa Noi motor vehicle branch, before heading to the border, where they will stick the English translation on your bike and you buy insurance... on the Malaysian side...not sure about getting across to Singapore! At the tolls booths in Malaysia you just bye pass them on special bike lanes....(no charge!) and just hope it does not rain!
Tropicalevo
Does Singapore have road pricing for bikes? I know that you have to 'rent' a gizmo for cars and keep topping it up. I never saw many bikes when I lived there.
