santo78
Hi, Soon I will going to sell my CBR150R and get bigger bike. But I have no idea about how selling procedure works here. Bike registered on my girlfriend name , She usually works Mon-Friday office hours and she not have time to go Department of Land transportation. I don't know if DLT open on weekends. Also I would like to know is there any way we can just sign some documents , give greenbook and let buyer complete process her/himself at DLT? Thanks Edited March 5, 2015 by santo78
lust
I sold 3 bikes with green books and a car with blue book. I did not have to go with the purchaser or do any BS like that.

macknife
Copies of her ID, housebook(proof of address), and power of attorney form(available from DLT, if you go there first yourself you can ask them exactly what they want from her)) have 2 copies of each (3 to be safe) and sign all of them. Job done.
paz
Even if not a very low value bike, yet I would use and agency. I see no point for a foreigner in navigating the DLT office for something that can be avoid for few hundreds. Edited March 5, 2015 by paz
Genericnic
@santo78, you might find this information helpful, especially the links in the upper right box that have the translations for the required documents. Covers both cars and motorcycles. http://expatautocm.com/buyersguide/paperwork David
SukhumvitFan42
No need to go to DLT office just to collect docs, can print the 2 forms from online, I googled it. I can email them with translations if you pm me Edited March 7, 2015 by SukhumvitFan42
