I have started getting a shaving rash lately

I'm 48 years old and never had it before.

I changed from the Gilete 3 blade to a 5 blade one but there was no rash

untill I changed to Gilette Fusion gel. Then I got a bad rash.

I got on eBay and ordered Gillete gel for sensitive skin and I only get a rash on my chin now but it's bad.

Does any one have any advice on what to do.

Does anyone else get a rash from the newest range of Gillete Fusion Gel

or the 5 blade Fusion Proglide Power.

I could go back to the Mach 3 turbo or get an all natural shaving gel from Australia but I would love some advice before I splash out.

I buy razors and shaving foam every time I go back to the UK. Cheaper and much better quality. Currently on Gillette Blue 2 Plus and Sainsbury's shave foam for sensitive skin. Works a treat.

O.k,

I will try changing the foam.....again and maybe get some aftershave balm.

What about the razors, has anybody had any problems with going from 3 to

4 to 5 blades

I'm having problems with rashes and cuts lately and thinking of changing to a electric shaver.

I have only problems when the razors aren't sharp and by trying to shave I have small cuts which than may or may not infect.

Asked my father, he told he always got hair growing into the wrong direction after shaving....his solution: he stopped shaving.....
