asking a patient about what they eat???? And why Not? That is because they study what differences food makes to the health of people.

I agree completely with everything you said up to the last sentence. There are a lot of highly intelligent people who will never change

This is called cognitive dissonance.otherwise intelligent Religious people are prime examples. "Can't be 50,000 years old the earth was just created 6000 years ago."
