Yes. When you enter the departures level, go to the furthermost right hand corner of the building (to the far right of immigration). The open fronted place you will see there can print documents for you e.g. off a USB drive for 10 baht a page.

I didn't see an printers and doubt they can help with that.

The CAT Telecom shop at the International Departure Hall (behind Row U) provides Internet and general business services.

The Internet rate is 100 baht/20 min, 200 baht/40 min, and 300/1 hr.

Photocopying, faxing and printing is 10 baht per page.
