PATTAYA: -- During a period of heavy rainfall on Saturday afternoon, a Government Housing Estate in East Pattaya was hit by a torrent of mud and water after a wall belonging to a neighbouring village collapsed.

Nobody was injured but 14 houses sustained damage and 6 cars, along with 4 motorbikes were also damaged by the torrent.

OK - I laughed - but apparently they've realised the error of their ways and will be taking a completely different approach when they rebuild the wall.
