Dane Wessex
Are 3-wheeld scooters available in Thailand, such as the Sunny 150 cc MC_D150TKB or the Sunny 50cc MC_D50TKA? If not new, then used, at least?

chaophraya49
I've just returned from holiday in Chiang Mai and saw at least 4 scooters with twin wheels at the front and single wheel at the rear. I'm not a motorcyclist so I've no idea of the make, just spotted them because they were unusual.

BSJ
" Sunny 150 cc MC_D150TKB" look like chinese made 2 wheel scooters converted to 3 wheels. Buy the Yamaha 3 wheeler, you will be glad you did!
ramrod45
I have seen a few of the Yamaha Tricity scooters in Chiang Mai. The only thing I have not read or seen is whether you can balance at a stop, since the front wheels do lean. I suppose if you are pretty still the scooter will balance. Although they at first seemed rather odd, I'm more used to seeing them now. There is one gentleman that has a scooter with what I guess could be similar to what you would call training wheels. They are obviously after-market, and jut out about 15 inches on each side. He has bright yellow ribbons or flowers on each side so people behind will see them, so that is another possibility.
