Can vary....how much can they afford and how much are you worth???

Generally you'd charge more for a specific course (TOEFL, IELTS, etc).

5 years ago, I got 2000 an hour for tutoring 2 international year 10/11 girls maths. I have Higher maths and did it 1st year uni.

I also did some people for 200b as they were poor.

I'd say not to do it for less than 500 in general, but depends a lot on travel etc.
