Bangkok Flight Services (BFS) Immigration Fast Track at Subarnabhumi

I often use BFS to do the fast track thorough Immigration to save some time and effort....at about 800 baht I get picked up at the gate and taken through the fast track Immigration line....never ever been more than two or three people in the line.....however....yesterday afternoon about 150 Japanese men were in the line???? My BFS lady said she has NEVER seen it so crowded??? It looked like everyone who got off the plane had received a premium pass card......<deleted>??? No sense getting the service if the line is a 30 minute wait???? I smell a rat?? Just wonder if anyone else has had that problem??????

I've gone through the premium lanes many times (including using the BFS service) and have never seen it crowded. Sounds like you may have gotten unlucky and encountered a private charter flight where everyone was provided passes as part of the package.
