Stan42 Posted May 15, 2015 Share Posted May 15, 2015 This happened to about 3-4 days ago. I was taking the elevator down to the lobby when I saw a new face in my apartment. We said hi, and I swear he looked 100% Asian, if I had to take an educated guess, I'd say mainland China. But nope... when I asked him, he said he was Australian. mca Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 (edited) Years ago I took my nan to the doctor who was a young bloke of Chinese ancestry and when we left she said " Ooh he speaks lovely English" Didn't have the heart to tell her I knew him and he was born and raised in Milton Keynes. Although I must admit to having an irrational deep seated certainty in my youth that the one Chinese stock lad in school was some sort of martial arts master.
