Does anyone here have experience with filing a mechanics/builders lien here in Thailand?

Any suggestions on where to obtain info on this?

Don't know about the LOS but in the USA each state has different regulations. In Arizona a builders lien is all too easy to file but of little value unless the property is being sold, in which case it can become a major nuisance.
