i called Penang a few time yesterday and today .

A 60days VISA single entry can be done within 30 ringit . (EDITED ADDED INFO about 300 baht - yet to confirm if it service charge or the total price ) -

if your parent is both on "O" visa is possible that the children can apply for "o " visa too .

Last news.. I heard Aus is relaly easy to get a VISA .

and the good news is not sure if it good news . flying to Darwin using Tiger airway from singapore only cost about $60-70 usd single trip and return about $150 .

you can check for the search for tiger airways website and find out yourself to confirm .
