Visa Worries-multi Enrty Non Immigration'o'

Featured Replies

hi

I have planned a trip to thailand for a while now and have sorted out my visa a little while ago. I will be leaving for thailand beginning november and staying until June. I have a multi entry non immagration visa valid 12 months 4 x 90 days. Under the new law can i still get 3 month extension after my 90 days have finished or will i need to leave the country for 90 days? I got my visa from England, can anyone help....?

Thanks

according to the UK consulate website...

"The validity of this visa is 12 months from date of issue and allows any number of stays of up to 90 days within the validity of the visa."

you can stay until the visa lapses as long as no single stay is more than 90 days.

the changes announced so far have not ben to this type of visa, although posters on other threads have suggested you can't really get them! even though you have...

The visa is an invitation to the front door. It is up to immigration if the door is opened or not. In almost all cases it is a positive experience but there are no guarantees in life and immigration has just posted that decisions will be focused more on local conditions in the future so only time will tell how that plays out. Do not believe you will have any problems if you are not suspected of being involved in suspect activities.
