Indian citizens visa on Arrival, and extension

I've got three questions

1. I would like to find out what is the length of stay an Indian citizen can get when they get a visa on arrival at Bangkok Airport?

2. Can you extend that visa at the Chiang Mai Immigration office, when it is almost finished?

3. If you can how many extra days can you get for the Indian citizen?

Visa On Arrival gives 15 days and costs 1,000 Baht.

As far as I know you would get 7 days from Immigration.

No, it can be extended 7 days as indicated above. And extensions for medial or judiciary reasons are also possible.
