At the Tesco-Express the pills are called Anti-Flatulence

Activated charcoal tabs every where in Thailand, Tesco's/ pharmacies, I think I haven even seen them in 7/11

good for the farts and food poisoning, and if your Bear Grilles inclined, you should be able to construct a passable water filter from some fartage tablets and an old sock
