Hi Folks!

My passport situation is: VISA Non O Multiple entries, that is going to expire in 15 July 2015, and a permission of stay (stamp) that says: admitted untill 31 August 2015.

My question is very simple. Do I need to go now before the VISA expire?

I'm afraid the border deny the cross, cause I'll not have a valid VISA anymore if I cross the border a few days before 31 august 2015.

p.s. I'm going to apply for a new VISA Non-O Multiple Entry in the Thai Consulate in Savanakhet-Laos.

What is the consulate address? I have been reading some posts people talking about new consultate? another addres, same address?

Thanks for any info.

Regards!

You are allowed to stay until 31st august,it has nothing to do with the last day of your visa, in fact on the last day of your visa 15th July you cab extend for 90 days and just before your 90 days are up extend for another 60 days at immigration.

If you leave after Jul 15th you would then need to come back with a new visa, or visa exempt.

Now, say you leave and come back immediately (border hop) on Jul 15th, you will be admitted until 12 Sept 2015. Then, you could obtain an extension of stay for 60 days, without showing any proof of funds, at immigration for Bt 1,900, bringing you to Nov 11th, 2015.

That is the most extensive use you can of your current visa.

Are those dates correct?

Isn't 90 days plus 60 days from 15 July mid December?
