Chong Mek - Pakse Crossing Ed Visa Cancellation Letter Needed ?

Featured Replies

Hi, will a letter of cancellation be needed at this exit point ?

Any early closing time / quirks or general hassles at this point when exiting / re-entering on a consulate issued visa ?

Visas are not cancelled, so you certainly won't need a letter.

If you valid multiple entry non-ed visa it will remain valid until it expires. It is not tied to attending a school.

Only if you have an extension of stay from immigration would you need a letter and it would not be needed at Chong Mek.

I suspect you will need to cross before 6 pm. The Lao visa on arrival office will probably only open until then.
