Misunderstanding blamed for abandoned friends at North Pattaya Petrol Station

PATTAYA: -- The reason behind a group of friends being abandoned at a North Pattaya Petrol Station was finally revealed on Thursday Night as the driver of the car that left Pattaya without his passengers, gave himself up to Police.

When Khun Grisadar aged 29, saw the story published earlier on Thursday he was shocked and embarrassed as he claims the entire event was a complete misunderstanding and he had no intention of stealing anything from his passengers who were left at a North Pattaya Petrol Station.

Khun Grisadar confirmed the story provided by the abandoned group to Banglamung Police and confirmed that he left the group at the Petrol Station as he received an angry call from his Girlfriend who demanded he go home immediately. Without a second thought he left the petrol station while the passengers were using the toilet. He claims he was unaware that items had been left on his back seat until he checked his car on Thursday afternoon.

Yeah, right. Looks like B S, smells like B S then a good chance it is.....

So he didn't have 2 minutes to inform his new friends that he needed to rush off? What, had his girlfriend just taken poison or something? What rubbish. Had this story not been in the media, he'd have been happy keeping the cash, selling their phones, etc. What a crock!!

......all this 'way after the fact'....hmmm..

Those three don't look like the sharpest knives in the drawer. "Don't accept lifts from strangers" LOL.

Actually I can believe this explanation. Many people here are intrinsically unreliable and dont consider the consequences of their actions at all.

Thats understandable

hmm original story was that he went off to collect a friend.

It is illegal for Thais to misunderstand Thais, that is an occupation reserved for foreigners only.

Seeing as there is no mention of anything missing then I would say the intention was not to steel... (a fact overlooked by our resident doom&gloom Thai bashers).

Probably thought he could just dump them and they could find their own way from there...

Should do him for illegal taxi work though.

"Misunderstanding" seems to be used more and more nowadays in Pattaya.

Ambiguous words suits Thainess.
