They should put a stop to the foreigners coming to Thailand. Too many foreigners on the roads now, causing a nuisance, aggressive driving, yelling, screaming, blasting their horn in anger. Lots of road rage from these foreigners. -

they need to learn sooner or later Thai's are too polite, when in the Roundabout they will stop to let in traffic entering from their left. It's a mess, traffic chaos. There's been a few roundabouts installed over the years then removed and traffic lights installed. The Junction, soi Watboon and Jomtien 2nd road was a recent failure. -

Again, another assuming what someone knows. You ever hear of gossip? You think others here actually look up to those in this trade? Or that anyone actually cares what others do here if it doesn't benefit them.Do you think you can see beyond the smiles of anyone here and know how they really feel inside? Ever wonder why so many commit suicide here? And how many are involved in this trade that are addicted to drugs. I'm guessing you don't really care about these women and what kind of life they are sometimes are forced to live, or think they are. Just as long as you can benefit from it also. I live in the same world that you do, but you're blind about what goes on, and I'm aware. Funny how so many can justify a business where the employees are victims, but hey, at least they can get off cheap without thinking of the consequences of their actions. -

You don't seem to be aware that the UK isn't in any way superior to the US, and again, since you're not fully understanding, the US is not a single entity but a conglomeration of all countries in one place. This means that it shares the customs of all countries. Having a standard of measurement that billions use, and are comfortable with, along with also using metric, means it again, adopts things from other countries. A pissing contest doesn't matter to me, because I'm not prejudiced against any other country, meaning we are all equal. -

I've not seen that new light, there was a new one at Soi Khopai which was turned off as it was similarly rubbish. Top of Pratumnak hill needs a roundabout, that junction doesn't work -

Thai social security and health care
Husband can get cover only if the wife is a Civil Servant and covered by the Civil Servant SS fund. Sounds like probably not the case for you. it is the spouse's civil service status that matters not the place of employment.For example, there are people employed by government in government facilities who are on contract and not career civil servants ---> not covered by the special CS SS. There is no spousal coverage under the regular SS scheme. -

When I lived in Phuket , Kata Beach, I used the little bridge in between 2 big hotels ( one 5*,the other 4*. ) it was also a water run off from the hills behind. There were rats underneath, one day a little foreign boy said there were many rats on the bridge.i went to have a look, and there was an open bin bag and rats everywhere. I spoke to the beach owner / concession whom I knew and suggested he buy rat poison fast. He looked at me shocked and said he could not. In those days they were quite devout Buddhists or so I supposed.,
