Because there is no genetically modified wheat approved for commerce anywhere in the world today.

Are you looking for organic wheat flour for home baking or you just want to know about the source of the wheat from available baking products?

If you're looking for organic wheat flour, Tops has it. BTW if you buy the normal flour it's from safe sources which are residue controlled and very rarely use Glyphosate for desiccation because it's costly
