Executive Chef, 4-Stars Hotel (Sathorn)

1. Job Description

- Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities
- Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
- Select and develop recipes
- Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Establish presentation technique and quality standards
- Plan and price menus
- Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
- The executive chef may cook selected items or for select occasions
- The executive chef may oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques.

- The executive chef directly supervises kitchen personnel with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases. Typically reports to a food & Beverage Director.


2. Special qualifications: be able to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.


3. Salary

3.1.Salaly 90,000 -130,000- baht including Tax and social security (Negotiable)
3.2.Contract 1 year

4. Compensation

1.Single Accommodation (The Accommodation will be in One of our Business Studios (In-House) the room will have all the essential for 1 Person. Not family Package)

2. Laundry&Valet one set per day

3.Officer Check 6,500 baht per month (Non-Alcohol included)

4.Staff Discount 25% all outlet

5.City Ledger (discount) 25% All outlet

6.No Insurance (We will provide the Thai Labor law Insurance as every other hotels does and a only accident Issuance (This will not cover dental, general medicine) and No Ticket

7.Visa and work permit 30,000 baht per year
