Border Bounce - weird question

hi, I was just wondering .. I am on a non-B work 1 year visa living on the islands.. Instead of dong a border bounce to Malaysia to activate my next 3 months, could I fly to Bangkok and do some sort of check in.. for I know my mates there don't have to do a border bounce on a non-b working visa.

Any experiences would be great

first problem a Non imm B is not a work visa and one suspects said mates are on a WP and extension of stay so they report in country every 90 days

Do you have a WP ? as if you do an earn enough based on your nationality you could get the extension of stay and don't have to visa run
