ianpants69
Hi all, My family and I are moving to Europe and my wife (who is Indonesian) is waiting for her Schengen visa to be issued. We have been told that once we get to Europe she can apply for 'settlement status' with this visa. Apparently a fairly straight-forward affair, however; part of the application process is to provide a letter stating that the applicant has no criminal chanrges against them in the last five years. Having been in Thailand for four of those five years we'll need to get a letter stating that my wife has had no criminal charges against her in the last five years in both Indonesia and Thailand. Which agency should we approach in Thailand? Many thanks in advance. Ian

ianpants69
Royal Thai Police Thanks - They said we must go to the Police Department at World Trade Centre, I know WTC -whereabouts is the station?? Cheers Ian
elsie
Not really at WTC, but across the road from WTC. If you're coming from Phloenchit, go past the intersection, then WTC is on your right hand side, the Royal Thai Police is on your left.
