Robbiechiang Posted September 7, 2015 Share Posted September 7, 2015 I am staying at a condo estate which have many foreigners. My relatives are rather curious as they are native borned Thais. Why the foreigner have more rights than them and they have two citizenships? They have the best of both worlds operating in Thailand. One foreigner squatted on his foreign quota purchases n have many units and refused to give it up his foreign quota although he possess a Thai Name and ID. There are several others like him too . He also have a company registered in his Thai name. I thought that a foreigner if he becomes a Thai citizen must show allegiance to Thailand. He is rather aggressive and with his fellow countrymen wants to dominate the running of the condo estate. His car plates shows many stickers and he flaunts his connections. Is holding the foreign quota with his foreign passport and at the same time being a Thai citizen legal? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
