NoshowJones Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Don't kid yourself, beaurocrats in Thailand are always making up laws and rules, they love the authority, but it is enforcing the laws that is their problem. I would bet that when they get some authority, they will put on fancy uniforms, sit round a table and say "now what laws can we make up for people to obey".
