Rayfish Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Can anyone share with me the standard procedure for getting a double entry tourist visa in Vientiane for an American passport holder ? I cannot seem to find it here . Seemed odd . Can it be done in 1 day ? Where is the Consulate ? Not at the Thai embassy , right ? I think the basics should be posted here but I don't see it . oncearugge Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Nothing "special" about holding an American passport. Travel to Vientiane with one of the visa companies they will provide assistance. Google translate works pretty good on he page. http://vientiane.thaiembassy.org/en/consular/visa.php You apply the morning of one day by 11:30 am and pick up your passport the next afternoon.
