Correct, it seems to be a job ad. It reads :

Wanted urgently, Unemployed people or persons interested in part time income of 3000 - 5000 baht per week. Must live in Bangkok or the environs.

Assisting customers and/or sending (I-PNK?)mechandise. Right now we have many customers who are not serviced well or receiving things on time.

If interest contact with your name and number. Must be over 18 and responsible.
