Does TVF have a duty of care?

Featured Replies

I find TVF very informative and mostly helpful. My concern is when people who knowingly break Thai laws use the Forum to their advantage. Examples include overstayers, illegal workers, traffic law breakers to name a few A legitimate group such as this in my opinion should not allow deliberate law breakers to utilise the Forum. Abetting a criminal rings true. Would TVF engage in providing advice on how to import/export contra-bans? I think not. Breaking the law is just that. What do you think?

I think you should read the forum rules on what is & isn't allowed to be discussed on the forum. You will then see how useless your question is.

In case you missed it, you can find your answers here

You can also use something called a REPORT button.smile.png

With a nic like the O.P has I would say that there is an inferiority complex scenario and the O.P is perhaps trying to shield himself or perhaps it is, herself from the reality of their own situation.

I am told the knitting is a great way to relax and draw ones attention away from the more serious side of life and the self perceived flaws that some people find in their view of people and society in general.

Must watch out for those dastardly traffic law breakers using this forum to further their evil ways.

Post #2 just about covers it, and there is little point in this proceeding.
